1. What are the fees?
We use a flat fee system that takes all of the guess work out of your monthly expenses. We base our fees on the number of accounts that you have for your business that need to be reconciled on a monthly basis. Our minimum program is for solopreneurs and start ups with 1-2 accounts and is only $189 per month with a $99. first 3 months to help you keep costs down. Our Bronze Package is $249 per month for up to 4 accounts, our Silver Package is $449 for up to 6 accounts and our Gold Package is up from there depending upon extra work to be done, also on an agreed flat fee. You always know what your monthly expenses are going to be.
2. What type of services do you offer?
We are QuickBooks Online Certified Pro- advisors. We work predominately remotely. We used cloud-based software for secure document uploads, transfers and storeage. We provide services including Clean ups and or monthly basis bookkeeping and provide key financial reports, usually monthly and annually. By keeping up your books, you will be able to take advantage of opportunities, and easily face questions from the tax man. It saves you money from hiring a full-time bookkeeper or having yourself or another employee leave their more productive work to spend an average of 20 hours per month keeping up your books. It is usually more profitable for you to be doing what pays the most. We provide a monthly Profit and Loss Statement and a Balance Sheet so you will always know where your business stands. We can also spot any possible fraud that might be taking place or help you with budgets or redirection of funds. Having your books up to date makes it easy for us to help you value your business when the time comes for loans or making your exit plans. We can help there too. We do valuations that can help you get the most for your business when the time comes.
3. How do I send my documents?
1. If your bank feeds are set up in QuickBooks Online, we can pull your monthly statements from there.
2. You can send them to us through Dropbox.
3. You can email them to us
4. you can give us “accountant’s view only access to your accounts and we can pull them directly from your bank(s) though some banks do not allow this.
4. When do I get the reports?
You will receive your monthly reports on or before the 10th business day of the following month.
5. What if my books are a mess?
We do Clean Ups! We will review the job and give you a flat fee for the scope of work. Whether it is for 12 months or 36 months, we can get your books back into ship shape!
6. What if we need tax help?
We belong to a group of professionals. We have a network of Certified Tax preparers, CPA’s, and Tax Lawyers who can take care of any tax preparation or situation.
